Short Term insurance claim

Good day,<br> <br> I have a serious issue with the manner my roof was repaired end of last year. WE had damage because of a storm and a contractor came out, replacing part of the ceiling and painting it. I asked the contractor about the roof itself and the area where it is leaking,but he indicated that they don't fix it.<br> <br> Nothing was done by the gulley on the roof where it leaks meaning that every time it rains, water is still pouring through the ceiling every time it rains ! I am looking after my property and roof and not neglecting it as I fixed the roof costing me R25 000 when we moved in to the house.<br> <br> My friends mother also had rain damage trough the gulley and is insured with ABSA. They fixed the gulley, replaced the ceiling and painted the whole roof !<br> <br> I am not happy with the different service given to different customers request that you fix it asap.<br> <br> After above complaint a contractor was send out but was only a fitter and Ceiling specialist which has no experience in roofs - 3 weeks ago.
