Short staff???

The ABSA branch at the old mall in Secunda must be a day trip. How can they expect one lady to help all of the customers at the enquiries desk? This is the third time that I am visiting this branch to sort out my app. And everytime there is only one lady at enquiries. How does this work? Most people only have an half our lunch but this is not enough. The only way to sort this out is to change banks. This branch will be the reason I am going to leave ABSA!!!
