Short fall issue

Absa doesn't contact clients after listing you and when you call in you put from pillar to post I sent an email to arrange for a short fall and no 1 contact me about how much I'll pay then I got an email I have 10 days to pay I emailed Gladys to calculate if I can pay it off or she can advise today the account is not even know if it's with legal or where I tried to apply for credit the amount is blocking me after I sent communication and failed to call me and they didn't even tell me when the car was sold and when that was done I need urgent assistance that amount must refinance me there is no use to pay for a car you don't own anymore and a car that had issues and the garage didn't want to help me with it my score detoriated so bad I've fixed it now their account is blocking me
