Shoddy service again at absa clearwater mall.

Absa clearwater mall is a disgrace. There are always very long queues. I'm sitting here at 7:30am on Saturday morning. The website says they open at 8am. Apparently however it only opens at 9am. And we here early to avoid the very long queues, but even now in a queue. I have previously waited more than 2 hours for assistance just to pick upa credit card. It's hideous service. I do not appreciate their attitude to clients. We deserve better.
