Shocking turnaround time

Good day,<br> <br> I submitted an application to ABSA home loans on 11 Aug 2015.<br> <br> I received a call from the call centre and have tried to contact ABSA home loans regarding the status of my application, but have not heard a word from them.<br> <br> I would expect them to be in contact with me or at least send me an email regarding this. <br> <br> They are placing themselves out of the market as all the other banks have already got back to me.<br> <br>
