Shocking, shocking, SHOCKING!!!

Shocking, shocking, SHOCKING!!! What has happened to ABSA??? Four telephone calls, totaling more than 45 minutes. The recording/message urging one to "Please hold" and "We appreciate your patience", just to be cut off!!! No warning, just CUT OFF!!! What a shame!!! After being a loyal customer for 58 years... this is it; I will investigate other banks and move all my accounts. ABSA does NOT even deserve the 1 star, but unfortunately one can't write a review with zero stars.
