Shocking Service guys-Dont be fooled

Fed up of Absa. I am banking with Absa, getting paid at Absa and have paid up my loan with them however I still have not been offered any products as yet and no one knows why. I was at Bryanston Branch recently and asked why I cant even get a monthly loan but no one knew why. I have previously banked with Capitec and FNB and I had payday loan options and I think one could take up to R1000 and the amount will automatically be debited as soon as your salary comes in. <br> <br> Guess what? This is what Absa is struggling with, I don't want to move my account but I often think to myself as to what would happened to me if one day I urgently a small amount of money to fix something? Is my bank not supposed to look after me? What does ITC have to do with this product? Its either my profile is loaded incorrectly or Absa is just a ******* bank. <br> <br> I take time from work every time to try and sort this out but to no avail. I even took my payslip with but that didn't help. I don't need a loan but security that I can access funds even if its not much should I really need help. I look at the same bank advertising on tv, making it as if customer interests are of outmost importance to them but ...
