Shocking service from ABSA insure! STAY AWAY!!

We had a car accident in June, someone drove into the back of us, it has now been 6 months and still our vehicle has not been repair. We have gone back and forth with Absa Insurance, dealing with Anja Matthew, broker based in Welkom. Service has been absolutely shocking to say the least. <br> NO FEEDBACK, NO FOLLOW UPS, JUST NO CARE IN THE WORLD!<br> Every week there is some sort of excuse, either documents outstanding, which we have sent through over and OVER and OVER AGAIN!
