Shocking service from Absa ***** department

Worst service ever from the Absa ***** department. I logged my case in December 2022 and was told I would hear from the case officer within 48 hours. Well it's now the 23rd of January 2023 and I haven't received an email or a phone call regarding my ***** case!! Please don't do business with Absa because they don't even care about *****!
