Shocking Service from ABSA credit cards!!!

On the 14th of September I app**** for a credit card, it said APPROVED on the website and then I got emails that said that I am provisionally approved and had to send document once done il be contacted by the validations team. A day later a consultant calls me, does varifications of document and said that the courier will call me for card delivery (calls are recorded i am assuming). Waited for the call from courier comapny until i decided to call and follow up. When i called I was told that my application declined however I did not get an email advising me of this, I was shocked because last I checked I was told to that the courier will call me I asked to speak to a manager and he said he will follow up as to why I didnt get a declined reason and get back to me, I waited and waited with no one calling back. I went to ABSA clearwater mall branch and was told I had to wait 60days or so before i could do another application. I waited and 27th of Nov I did another application, same story happened was approved online, accepted quotations, got email to send docs and everthing. This time I decided to call in the same day to follow up and again I was told that my application declined without me recieving a notification or message so basically had I not called I would wait like i did in Sep without any feedback. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Sello Ledwaba from credit cards follow up. I explained my situation and he was adament that there was nothing he can do for me since the application was done online. Until he decided that he will look into it and said he will get back to me with feedback before 15:30pm the same day I called. I am still waiting for him to call till this very second. I even told him from the sound of his voice that I think I spoke to him when this happened in September, he promised to call and never did.
