Shocking service from ABSA

I gave an instruction to Absa in terms of a Letter of Authority I have for my late Dads estate to close 2 accounts on 28 July. No action. Then logged a complaint c***4. Other things in the complaint attended after logging a HelloPeter complaint as nothong was happening, to but not the closing of the accounts. They called me last week to say the accounts would be closed by this past Tuesday but still not closed! Shocking service! It's almost a month! Next step after this the Onbudsman!
