Shocking service from Absa
If I could give less than one star I would.
I have just been informed that after the Absa atm didn’t didn’t dispense R2400 of my funds but deducted it from my account, that I would now have to contact my bank which is located in China ( where I no longer live) and they would have to rectify the matter.
This is truly a disgrace on behalf of Absa. They have made no effort to rectify their error as well as no attempt to contact my bank if this is truly what’s necessary.
