SHOCKING SERVICE

Every year it is the same pathetic service and issue from ABSA. I received an email from your property insurance division requesting proof of property insurance and I need to submit this by 1 May SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!! Today is 6 June and I only received it today. I need someone to contact me immediately, as the email also states I have 15 days to respond. EVERY YEAR IT IS THE SAME INCOMPETENCE. Is ABSA trying to force me to take out property insurance with your organization
