shocking service emails just ignored and shoved from one dept to another
I have been trying since monday to get a copy of my funeral policy email to : *** -ignored no response email to *** - emailed forward to *** since then no further follow up emailed *** - ignored no response emailed *** to follow up - email ignored , no response
