SHOCKING SERVICE BY ABSA

I have a very serious issue that I've been trying to resolve since the beginning of the day.. I have a new account with absa, I'm holding Premium Cheque Card with Account *** that seems not to exist but i can see this account on my app and online banking and i have attempted to send money to it several times but still the money never reflected and according to some absa consultants i interacted with recently, this account is not active. I need this issue to be resolved because i have already sent money to this account from different bank Specifically my RMB Private Bank and my Forex Broker failed to process the withdrawal to this account which caused too much inconvenience for me. When i go to the atm as advised to make a direct deposit with your consulted the ATM return a slip with :TRANSACTION NOT ALLOWED. I think this is insane, i mean i don't have time to move around the branches because i have some work to do, i lose money when I'm away.
