Shocking service and *********** staff
Absolutely shocking service! ABSA have messed up my home loan account and after months of trying to sort it out, being double debited, incurring bank fees from this and dealing with *********** people who do not reply to emails, my account has still not been fixed. Beryl Idensohn the Assistance Vice President pre legal early cycle, took on the matter and still I receive no feedback to my ignored emails and correcting this issue. I will be moving to another bank!

This is honestly the most disgusting customer service I have ever received. I am not surprised to see all the 1 star reviews on your page!
