Shocking service and disrespecting there Clients

Well were do we start For a company this size I really think they have lost touch with keeping there staff doing there job And I mean not there agents by the head manager We had a massive rain storm with lightning and hail that caused substantial damage which we submitted online and all that went fine As soon as we got our registration of the claim it all went south After multiple mails stating that we without electricity and intern causing we don’t have water been on a borehole they done nothing but ignore us More than I care to remember Mails and called went unanswered . Eventually I managed to get hold of the managers name and email thinking we now will have some joy Well well things just went worse Our agent Thabo kept stating he would come back to us but plant emails promising me but nothing Even when we threaten him with management Not the head manager Zanele what a joke given this title because she can’t even manage herself I personally mailed her more that 15 time and only get automated responses saying out of office and will respond shortly . Never did once This morning after sending another mail saying if I don’t hear from her or her team today I will post on hello Peter I get a mail stating she she takes note of may mail and will call me shortly Surprise surprise not mail or call from her or anyone else If she had to work for me she would not last a day Clearly this is evedent of her staffs work ethic as you learn from your manager and we do what she does Such a bad reflection on a major company like absa But you think you heard the lot Between Thabo and his fellow worker I have asked to get the department head Amanda’s details they all just bluntly I note the request even when I did speak to him once he promised to send it The same with Zanele I can see from the read receipts on my mails they all read it but that’s it Absa really should vet there staff before employing them But I can understand this now reading the reverted have
