Shocking service!!
I app**** for a personal loan with Absa. Their website says approval in 5 minutes. However, I then received an email to send a copy of ID, proof of residence and latest payslip, which I sent immediately. I received no feedback whatsoever. Now they say they cannot assist me at the Call Center. Shocking, Shocking, Shocking!!
