Shocking Service

o Wed 14 October @ 3.14pm I sent the first email querying a R5 500.00 D/O from our account. Then when I discovered another R20 000 deduction from another account I sent a follow up email at 4.19<br> o Thursday 15 October @ 8.45am Natasha Spies forwarded Lee-Ann Pretorius who deals with these queries, my query.<br> o Thursday 15 October @ 12.46pm I discovered a further R10 000.00 deductions from another one of your accounts and sent a urgent email.<br> o Friday 16 October @ 8.46am I sent a follow up email requesting ANY feedback as none has been given as yet<br> o Monday 19 October I phoned Natasha again and she assured me that Lee Ann will get back to me<br> o Monday 19 October @ 2.11pm I sent a urgent follow up email as more than R35 000.00 is a serious problem for us<br> o Tuesday 20 October, I sent another email...<br> Clearly more than R35 000.00 ***** on our account is not a big deal for them and it would seem that service delivery is not a high importance either.
