Shocking Service!

I opened an ABSA bank account more than a month ago. It was a long lengthy process. You never queue for less than an hour in any ABSA branch. I was assured everything was sorted when I left after nearly two hours in the branch. Alas this was not so. I can not draw money or swipe my card. I have been into three ABSA branches to try and sort this out (Randridge Mall, Clearwater Mall and Northgate) and after being in the queue for more than an hour I could no longer stand (I have health issues) I have tried getting this sorted telephonically and via email to no avail. I now have an account I cannot use. Very disappointing - I regret the move to ABSA.
