Shocking service

<p>In the age of technology I really find it pathetic that Absa cannot change a cell phone number successfully. I have changed my contact details on line but Absa requires you to go in to branch to change details for OTP. I have been to three branches a total of 5 times. First they didn't change details for all accounts then they messed it up completely and now I get no notifications for any of my accounts. How difficult can this possibly be and now they are trying to blame the network. </p>
