Shocking service
Shocking service. Brought my granny to the bank today 2 November 2020 and there are no agents to help pensioners. I had to wait in the normal tellers line with 7 people infront of me.

02 Nov 2020, 17:02Clifford from absa Maponya called me. I must say i was impressed with him calling 1, his response 2. I have to be honest and say this is the first time since covid that i received bad service from the branch. I felt the need to complaint because they had dropped the ball. But it was the first time and for the way they handled the complaint they deserve a 11/10. I will write a new review tomorow to now not only comment on the bad that happened today but the overall experience. Look out for it!
