Shocking Private Client Treatment

Once again absa failed to look at me as an individual , consider my personal cirumstances and provide me with financial solution which suits me in order to make my money work for me. They are all talk and no action, cant even treat Private Clients with any consideration, I am really dissappointed by the treatment I got from absa<br> <br> I told absa that I want to consolidate my debts using my property, gave them my plan and showed them how much cash I could free up if I do that..I told them that my wife got retrenched 7 months ago hence I need to do this, especially to settle her debts. A valuation was conducted on the property ( mind u, absa bonded property) that has almost doubled in value since 2011 because of the improvements we have made. A valuation showed equity in the property, my credit record is ok, Affordability is not an issue, i am your PRIVATE CLIENT & yet your response is simply to decline my application for a further advance BECAUSE my wife has UNPAID ITEMS ON ITC, the same wife I told u has ZERO income and was RETRENCHED. I am disgusted by this. I will take my homeloan & ALL MY OTHER 5 accounts to a bank that treats me like an individual & not just a number. ***** absa!
