Shocking poor service

I app**** for a personal loan last week Friday online and still have not received a formal answer on this application.i was told yesterday and received an sms that monies will be paid into my account within 48 hours.i have been calling the whole week for this application holding on for 30 min at a time.today I called and spoke to puerile who now has told me that this app is still not formally approved and is sitting with prudence mnguni.i submitted all docs on Wednesday already and every day I call I get a different version of events on my application. I was not told yesterday that my app is still not formally approved but only yet a payouts officer will be calling me.this is such shocking pathetic service from them. Reference number ***
