Shocking poor service

Reference is made to C-***4. Absa agreed to restructure our bond payment last year. Id *** and ***. The smaller bond paid in advance by R 120 000 while we pay R 4438 on the bigger bond. I sold our toyota fortuner in Jan to place ourselves in a better position and now want to replace same with a smaller vehicle. We di have a 2nd vehicle still financed by Absa. I started a new job in jhb on 1 feb and is in dire need for a second vehicle. My credit application was declined as bank indicates that our bond is in arrears by R 70 000. This is really shocking. I am in dire need for the vehicle and had to approach alternative financers. This is very embarrassing and disappointing as I am an Absa client for more than 30 years and enjoyed several credit approvals. I kindly require the following. 1. That my arrear record at bonds be rectified. 2. That a personal loan to purchase a 2012 kia rio be considered. If no 2 not materializing my bond record figures rectified in order for me to approach other financial service providers. Kind Regards
