Shocking poor ABSA services
I am beyond upset about the poor service i've been getting from Absa. I've cancelled a life policy i had with them. Only to find they cancelled this policy, but are now charging me a R707 extra on my bond amount. The R707 is called Absa Life provision and No one is coming back to tell me What this is for. On cancelling the life policy a credit of R3780 was credited into my bond acc. Yet they claim i owe them money. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Now they send me threatening sms messages about how this is going to harm my credit score?? I Don't owe them Any money. My bond gets paid Every month. I am definetly considering moving my bond.
