Shocking lead time on claim from ABSA insurance
On the 14th of Feb 2016 we had a terrible storm in Randburg. We submitted a claim to ABSA Insurance. Till date we still waiting for them to finalize the claim. Phoning them does not help as they saying they awaiting quotes from their contractors.
