Shocking from ABSA
They have blocked or place my account on hold with even checking with me. And every time I call them I get transfers from the one department to next. Eventually I got through to them and they tell somebody has done a Sim swap on my account and that I will have to call them. After call my cell provider asking about they advise nothing has been record. After calling ABSA 3 with only my R20 left I have still not sorted this out. My account with full salary is block. Loyalty customer fro 2006 and terrible shocking service
