Shocking credit card application service.

Have been waiting for a week now just to complete a credit card verification process. All documents have been submitted and the case now escalated 3 times. They keep promising me a call on the same day but nothing ever happens. I have now lodged a complaint which will take 8 hrs just for a response. This is completely unacceptable. I am shocked with this poor level of service. I am not prepared to wait any more. I want this resolved today. I want my card today. I want to be able to transact today. No more excuses and delays please,
