Shocking ABSA Campus Square RICA Service
Our church has been trying to RICA their account with ABSA Campus Square for the last couple of weeks, maybe even months, without any assistance. The account is frozen so no business can be done while their staff send you from one person to the next person without anyone actually doing anything about the account. Always an excuse, always someone else's problem, always fixing it "tomorrow"...we have done our part by submitting the correct details, but still the account is frozen. Maybe it is time to move banks!!!!

26 Jul 2022, 09:46So they "quickly" fix the problem, only to freeze the accounts again due to "outstanding" information that even their agents do not know what is outstanding this time. What a useless business, and they really now need to convince us to keep our church account with this bank.
