**** ABSA HOME LOAN

Im writting this with a high level of disgust and anger towards ABSA Home Loan devision, my mother has a bond with this bank for the past 19 years and has been a good payer including building insurance. On the 8th of December 2012 a horrific storm hit our house the hail damage was so bad that we had to be moved out of the house in order for the repairs to take. in the first instance ABSA did not follow the proper procedures with regards to appointing a contractor to conduct such repairs instead of providing us with THREE qualified contractors for us to pick from they appointed one for us and we were told we have no choice but to accept the contractor, such information was given to us by the appointed assessor Mr Rob ****s who appointed Mr Muller from Ideal Home Builders. The such builder commenced with renovations in January 2013 but upon our inspection on our premises during this period of renovations we discovered a lot of faults from the builders and made Mr Muller aware of such faults but he refused to fix these faults we proceeded to inform Mr Rob ****s about this but he also gave us attitude when we reported the issue we sent him several email requesting assistance but yet his responses were not satisfactory, the house that was rented out for us in the interim was also not of proper standard was to small for the family which caused us to find other means for storage causing our furniture to be damaged. The treatment we received from Mr Rob ****s forcing us to leave the rented premises to move into an incomplete house. The repairs are still not complete even today 6 years later but our bond and insurance payments are all up to date, the pipes are leaking,when it rains the house is flooding the paint is peeling pipes are blocked. Mr Rob ****s tried to make us sign of this bull**** as complete in 2016 we refused than when we complained they said we have signed when we requested to see the documents with the signature apparently the document has gone missing Mr Rob ****s can not account for the document anymore yet he signed of for the builder to be paid *******ion and ***** is high in this country we are tried no more.I have TWO bonds with ABSA with this attitude I'm changing can not tolerate this bull****.
