*********** and inconsiderate . Shine Buthelezi and Absa Executive failed me. I opened a business account. XiaGong Trading and Projects, Account number ***. On the 7th of November 2025 I made few payments to companies I wanted to work with and start a catering services business. I made a payment of 1.2 Million Rand, all the accounts were blocked, they asked for relevant documentation and I submitted, even today my account is still on hold they telling me about 15 days of investigation, for what I do not know because that was a legitimate business transaction and I myself have not reported any *****. I am failing to understand why is it taking so long.
