Sherine Jansen from your Absa Trust - Estate Services Gauteng, has an attitude problem and she's asking me for things that are not allowable. My late husband and late father in-law passed away, there's an amount that needs to be paid from my late father in-law to my late husband's bank account, Sherine Jansen is asking me to change the Letter Of Authority to put ABSA as an asset on the Letter of Authority for my late husband, I went to the Masters Office and they told me, I cannot add ABSA as an asset to my late husband's letter of authority, because it does not form part of my husband's assets when he died. Does ABSA really train their staff for their jobs, to traumatize innocent people??? All the other beneficiaries have been paid out except for my late husbands, because I must add ABSA on a letter of authority, where my husband did not have any joint interest or investment. It's not an asset Sherine, it's an inheritance, there's a difference. And I am the executor that handles the estate
