Sheer delight

Would like to express my sheer delight at the continued excellent service rendered by Thokozile Ntanda. It is such a great pleasure to know that I have someone I can always call when I need things done in as far as my banking is concerned and I know it will be done. And that she always goes out of her way to even go beyond her normal duties to make the customer experience so memorable. Recently my card had expired, despite that I don't belong to her branch and the pull of customer she is suppose to be dealing with, she made it a point to sort everything needed and personally deliver the card. That is in the true spirit of Africanacity, she is one of your great ambassador. It is also worth mentioning that my Cresta branch did not bother to even notify me that the card was going to expire. After discovering at a pay point that the card is no longer valid, I called her at her Lenasia branch to rescue the embarrassment which she gladly did.
