She can do everthing without asking

This morning i was n the phone with a certain lady and i explain the situation with the account.ahe asvised that she will put a note on the account and someone will contact me and take me through the proccess<br> <br> well 14.24 pm,portia from collection happens on my account.Just because she works at Absa and havr access to override and approve she can just do journals and transfere funds without my knowledge.amazing R2000 deducted and when i call her number as per call centre she is no where to be found.<br> <br> i wants her manager to call mr and resolve this matter.an email has been forwarded to maria who is d manager and havent got a response.This mattter is very much Urgent
