SHAME ON YOU ABSA

Due to my circumstances with MTN I find it necessary to reverse a debit order which was presented by MTN .I have this problem with ABSA . They will only allow you to reverse a debit order to the value of five hundred rand.If it exceeds this amount you have to visit a branch.This I did. The consultant assured me that the debit order has been reversed .That was yesterday . Today the debit order has not been reversed.Obviously the consultant ****.Why does ABSA not allow customers to reverse debit orders of any amount should they need to. by using internet banking .Why must they be inconvenienced by having to travel to a branch and wait in a queue and in my case be **** to ?
