Shame and disgrace 😔

The fact that I had to burry my father with Mashonisa's money whereas he had a policy with Absa life breaks my heart the company has been sending me from pillar to post till to-date I must call and will be on hold for over 15mn

So I wish the Ombudsman can assist, so that they pay back all the premiums that were debited from my late father
