Visited the branch to query about extremely high banking costs and verifications of the unpaid debit orders. The cnsultant couldn't explain what the charges were on my statemen and was forced to use the telephone in the branch but waited for 10min on hold by the consultant on the line without her coming back to me.<br> I also found out that my acc type was changed without my authority.
