Shady absa business!!

Absa is full of nonsense! I approached absa (Newcastle Branch) last year to freeze my brothers account, as he was and still is incapacitated due to a stroke until I sort out a curator for his affairs. The branch manager I spoke to Rashid suggested a way to keep the creditors happy and have asba keep record of all monies going in and out of the account. We agreed to have myself and my brother's son sign for all monies so everything can be transparent. However Absa has since changed that, apparently some lawyer came through gave them some documentation that I do not know of and gave his son access to the money. I have doctors and creditors banging down my door for unpaid bills and I approached Absa for an explanation and the details of the unknown lawyer. However absa is refusing to give me the lawyers details. Bear in mind that I did not ask for any details regarding the paperwork that was sent through, just the details of the attorney so I know whether to sue absa or report the attorney to the kzn law society. I am still being given the run around. Be careful with banks and their shady business!!
