Severance Package

Due to restructuring at the bank end of 2014, I was retrenched. Since March 2015 have spoken to various people regarding the pay out of the severance package with no success. No one in the business gives any feedback regarding the pay out, and no moneys have been received as of today. CCMA is unable to assist as there is not a dispute regarding the amount to be paid. This has also been referred to the bank union without any success. If this is how the bank treats their employees, one can only imagine how they treat their clients.
