Settlement Quotes for Vehicle lapsed within 10 minutes on FastBuy

I got a settlement on my daughters' car on 12 Jan 2023 and clicked on the link to list it on FastBuy. It asks to confirm terms and conditions, enter my ID and the OTP sent to my phone. It displays the account number and then it gives an error that the settlement has lapsed. The settlement was like a day old by the time I tried this and I again asked a settlement on 16 Jan 2023 and retried within 10 minutes. Again the same errors. There is obviously a limitation or error in the database of the FastBuy system and its super frustrating. Tired of retrying without success.
