Settlement quote on Loan and credit card

<p>Ive called and emailed Absa numerous times to request written settlement quotes on my loan and credit card accounts.</p> <p>I need it to be emailed to me so that I can settle it.</p> <p>Not sure who is managing Absa these days,but its evident that the bank is falling apart!</p> <p>Huge breakdown in communication and customer services!</p>
