<p>Requested a "Settlement Quotastion" from ABSA relating to vehicle finance. "Settlement Quotation" duly received AND PAID IN FULL on the same day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now ABSA Bank are chrging fees / interest on an account already settled in full.</p>
