Settlement paid, handed over again for full amount

One of my accounts where handed over to an Absa attorney. I received a settlement discount to pay over 3 months which I did. I kept phoning Absa and the attorney and both of them kept referring me to the other. ABSA now handed me over to another attorney for the full outstanding amount and states that the account I paid off is not the same account and provided me with an account number(the exact same account I paid off). I even send them the settlement discount and proof the the previous attorney settled the account. I need this account to be closed and I need proof thereof. I am going to logg a call with the Ombudsman
