Settlement on Absa Loan

I have been under debt review since 2016.Absa has handed my accounts over to the attorneys for collection excluding my personal loan.The attorneys has provided me with a 60% discount for settlement of my Absa debt which I have paid.When I asked about my Absa loan I was told it was not with them.I have addressed this with Absa but they are unable to provide me with a valid reason why it was not included.As what the Attorneys has afforded me the 60% discount I have offered the same to Absa for final settlement.They have declined my offer.I am under the impression that they cannot decline as it was not my error and all I am asking is that Absa accepts my offer in order for me to clear my debt and get myself into a better financial situation
