Settlement of home loan still getting accounts

I have settled my home loan on the 22nd of December 2015.<br> <br> Joseph Molefe gave me the forms and told me that he will send me a copy of the deed, since the account has been settled which he did.<br> <br> I then received a call from the attorneys to say that they were appointed by ABSA - after I have asked ABSA to use other attorneys that they also deal with, but they just did their own thing!<br> <br> I receive the deed from the attorneys, the homeloan was cancelled, BUT I STILL RECEIVE INVOICES from ABSA to pay my monthly fee!!<br> <br> I have contacted them several times, e-mailed Cathrine Nkuna and get told that is will take time to show on their system. This is now 3 months later and I STILL received statements from ABSA to inform me that I owe them money!!<br> <br> HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT IT IS SETTLED, YOU HAVE THE INFO ON THE SYSTEM AND I HAVE THE ORIGINAL DEED IN MY HANDS!!!<br> <br> You service are shocking and your people ***********!!
