settlement loan
Good day
I went to my nearest Absa branch today to do application for settlement loan and feedback I receive from one of the consultant(faire glen) was not the same with the one I receive last week from the consultant in jhb head office Absa the consultant from faire glen told me they don't assist on the settlement with the loan that you want to settlement if they already handled over to lawyers I try to explain to her that consultant that provider the information said it is possible to do a loan on the loans that are with lawyers now
now I want you assistance on this what must I do cause I can not go back to the consultant assisted me at joburg as I stay in Pretoria and my biggest issue is I already requested the settlement letter which are valid for 7 days last day is Wednesday

please provider me with the correct answer when opening a settlement loan on my two outstanding account which has been handle over to lawyers(accounts are on arrears)
