SETTLEMENT LETTER RECEIVED IS INCORRECT
Good day, settlement letter details are incorrect - when phoning i was told that it takes up to 2 working days to have the letter corrected. This is not acceptable - the settlement amount is expiring soon. License registrations will be closing on the 18th - there will not be enough time to register the vehicle on the new buyers name if the letter is not corrected by today. for the settlement to be done.
