Settlement Letter for Credit Card

I'm really disappointed in the way Absa and its consultants handle things, with other institution it is very easy to get a Simple settlement letter. Only one of their consultants even had to send an email on my behalf thinking they will respond even that they failed. I even had to go to their Branch (Thabo Sehume street) STILL no assistance. Now they are telling me to wait 48hours? 48HOURS?!!!! For a SIMPLE SETTELEMNET LETTER!!!! I have been with this Bank since I started working and I believe its time for me to get a better Bank that knows its customers needs.
