Settlement letter
I have been phoning and emailing for over a week now with regards to my credit card settlement letter, but between Absa and Absa legal nobody is getting back to me and if they do they say it will take 7 working days. How the hell does a settlement letter take 7 days?????

13 Sept 2023, 18:28I have asked numerous times for a settlement letter and then Absa sends me a balance letter and when i phone Absa they says the balance letter and settlement is the same thing and Absa says i must request for a discount!!!! A BALANCE LETTER AND SETTLEMENT LETTER IS NOT THE SAME THING!!!!! WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO SEND ME A SETTLEMENT LETTER AND WHY MUST I WAIT 7 WORKING DAYS FOR A SETTLEMENT LETTER?????
